IN THE SPOTLIGHT

"All God's Children" is a ministry  founded by Bill Harms to assist those who are re-entering society after prison incarceration .  Bill functions as a jail chaplain, in-prison seminar leader and addictions counselor.  His inter-agency contacts assure the best possible assistance for residents.  As pastor, the family under his care receives his full attention.  Their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met through a network of dedicated Christian servants.
